A blister package is made up of two separate elements: a transparent plastic cavity shaped to the product and its blister board backing. These two elements are then joined together with a heat sealing process which allows the product to be hung or displayed.

To determine the smallest possible size for your blister card, add a minimum of twice the flange width plus 1/4-inch to the blister dimensions. Allow more space for graphics and a hanger hole. Your SouthPack representative can help you determine the optimum blister size for your product.
